THE CHALLENGE

Something New

The Client came to us with a brand new idea in Indonesia: a clinic that combines medical practices with exercises. They had a great idea but they had no logo, no name, and no tagline.

 

They needed a group of expert to conceptualize and visualize everything in order to boost their brand awareness and conversion.

We started by conducting a 360° competitor & local market research.

Through this research, we understood how they behave, their health status, and their price sensitivity.

Naming, Tagline, and Visual Identity Development

We take our findings and translate them into intuitive corporate name and beautiful logo design, optimizing the logo along the way to make sure the Client’s visual identity are optimized for conversion.

Brand Architecture

Apart from their main business, the Client also has two more business units, namely their gym and cafe counterpart. We also worked with them to create the brand architecture and the marketing kits.

Marketing Kit Development

When we’re done optimizing the visual identity for awareness and conversion, we went on to design their marketing kit to ensure complete consistency between each and every brand touchpoint.

Website Development

We take the Client’s brand identity and translate it into a consistent online experience, making sure the website is both mobile optimized and SEO-friendly to maximize their online brand awareness.

Interior References

Did we mention we also designed their interior? 

While we don’t specialize in interior design, we did help our Client with design references to make sure the atmosphere in their building remains consistent with their brand experience.

Graphics Standard Manual (GSM) Book Development

Our final deliverable to close this project is a GSM Book, a design manual for their whole brand. The RGB color code for their logo, the font type, the font size for all their brand touchpoint. This GSM Book ensures their brand touchpoints remain consistent, even after they’re done working together with us.

THE RESULT

More than 200 Paying Users per Month

Everything we talked about in this page was done within three months. 

Within three months after the launch, Medifit recorded more than 200 offline paying users per month.
